{HISTORY}

At last! Style, function and fun have arrived in the kitchen thanks to this vintage red and white striped cotton apron!  Quite the helper both inside the house and out, this apron features four deep pockets in front that make ideal compartments for carrying eggs gathered from the chicken coop, vegetables harvested from the garden and herbs clipped for dinner. Inside the kitchen, in addition to keeping your clothes clean while you cook, it is also a handy holder for all sorts of things too including gadgets, utensils, kitchen rags and even your phone!

Of course this is an apron which works other wonders too - like helping out with sewing, crafting, cleaning and organizing. In other words, mingled in between all those eye-catching stripes lies a veritable feast of potential and possibilities. As they say, you can never underestimate the power of a good apron. This one is here to prove it!

{CONDITION}

In lovely vintage condition. The fabric is bright, soft and free of spots and stains. Some humble repairs have been made to some areas to shore up sections that came away from the original seams (please see photos). There is one small hole in one of the apron ties that measures 1/2" inch in length. This doesn't affect the ability to securely tie the apron in any way. 

{SIZE}

Measures 17" inches (waist to hem) x 17.5" inches across the waist (tie to tie). Each apron tie measures 15"inches (length). The pockets measure 7.5" inches in length and vary in width between 7" inches and 8.5" inches.
